As my first post on my brand spanking new blog, I thought I'd post my first ever Roasted Chicken photos which I did on Christmas Day.

It looked good.. and it tasted good! (Though it could have been in the oven for slightly longer.. maybe another 20 minutes or so for the skin to be drier, but oh well)
Family gave it a 2 thumbs up!
Mission accomplished.
